Du bist queer und befindest dich im Laufenden Asylverfahren? Beim LSVD Sachsen-Anhalt gibt es ein Beratungsangebot – die Asylverfahrensberatung speziell für queere Geflüchtete. 

Als queere Person hast du auf deiner Flucht bestimmt viel erlebt und bist aufgeregt, weil während des Asylverfahrens viel auf dich zukommt. Das Asylrecht ist sehr komplex und manchmal schwierig zu verstehen. Ein Termin bei der Asylverfahrensberatung kann dir helfen, deine Fragen zu klären, wie zum Beispiel:

  • Wie läuft ein Asylverfahren ab?
  • Welche Rechte und Pflichten habe ich während des Asylverfahrens?
  • Wie bereite ich mich auf einen Anhörungstermin im BAMF (Bundesamt für Migration und Flucht) vor?
  • Was muss ich als queere Person beachten?
  • Welchen besonderen Schutz kann ich erhalten?

Die Beratung ist kostenlos und vertraulich. Am besten machst du vorher einen Termin mit mir aus. Du kannst  eine E-Mail schreiben oder  anrufen.

Komm auch gern in den  Treff „Rainbow Connection“ nach Magdeburg. Hier kannst du andere queere Migrant*innen treffen und dich in entspannter und geschützter Atmosphäre mit ihnen unterhalten.

Are you queer and currently in the asylum process? The LSVD Saxony-Anhalt has a counseling service – asylum procedure counseling especially for queer refugees.

As a queer person, you have probably experienced a lot during your flight and are upset because you have a lot to face during the asylum procedure. Asylum law is very complex and sometimes difficult to understand. An appointment with an asylum procedure counselor can help you clarify your questions, such as

  • How does an asylum procedure work?
  • What rights and obligations do I have during the asylum procedure?
  • How do I prepare for a hearing at the BAMF (Federal Office for Migration and Refugees)?
  • What do I have to consider as a queer person?
  • What special protection can I receive?

Advice is free and confidential. It is best to make an appointment with me beforehand. You can write an e-mail or give me a call.

You are also welcome to come to the “Rainbow Connection” meeting place in Magdeburg. Here you can meet other queer migrants and talk to them in a relaxed and protected atmosphere.

Vous êtes homosexuel et vous êtes en cours de procédure d’asile ? Le LSVD de Saxe-Anhalt dispose d’un service de conseil – conseil en matière de procédure d’asile – spécialement destiné aux réfugiés homosexuels.

En tant que personne homosexuelle, vous avez probablement vécu beaucoup de choses pendant votre fuite et vous êtes bouleversé parce que vous devez faire face à beaucoup de choses pendant la procédure d’asile. Le droit d’asile est très complexe et parfois difficile à comprendre. Un rendez-vous avec un conseiller en procédure d’asile peut vous aider à clarifier vos questions, telles que

  • Comment se déroule une procédure d’asile?
  • Quels sont mes droits et obligations au cours de la procédure d’asile?
  • Comment puis-je me préparer à une audition devant l’Office fédéral des migrations et des réfugiés (BAMF)?
  • Que dois-je prendre en compte en tant que personne homosexuelle?
  • Quelle protection spéciale puis-je recevoir?

Les conseils sont gratuits et confidentiels. Il est préférable de prendre rendez-vous avec moi au préalable. Vous pouvez m’écrire un courriel ou me téléphoner.

Vous pouvez également vous rendre au lieu de rencontre «Rainbow Connection» à Magdebourg. Vous pourrez y rencontrer d’autres migrants homosexuels et discuter avec eux dans une atmosphère détendue et protégée.
